The YPPD is in charge of the policy development and advocacy, program development and monitoring, research and information management needs of the Commission.

Youth Services and Assistance Division (YSAD)

The YSAD is at the forefront of servicing for youth participation and development as well as provide avenues for cultural promotion and recognition of exemplary efforts for youth concerns both at the local and international levels.

Training, Advocacy, Sangguniang Kabataan and Student Services (TASKS) Division

The TASKS Division spearheads capability-building activities, leadership and skills development of the youth through trainings, workshops and advocacy campaigns on environment, substance abuse and student issues.
