This Office executes and administers policies, decisions, orders and resolutions as approved by the Commission; directs and supervises the operations and internal administration of the Commission; and provides leadership and over-all direction, coordination and supervision of all aspects of the Commission's programs, projects and activities of the Commission.

Office of the Executive Director

The OED assists the Chairperson in the formulation and implementation of the Commission's objectives, policies, plans and programs; assists the CEO in the overall supervision of the administrative business of the Commission; oversees the operations of the area offices; provides legal advise and interpret laws and rules affecting the operation of the Commission; and Act as Commission Secretary.
