Evans A. Pino Commissioner Pino hails from Cainta, Rizal and is a graduate of the Philippine School of Business Administration (PSBA) in Quezon City with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Economics. He has always held youth concerns close to his heart and is not entirely new to government youth programs because he was part of the Presidential Council for Youth Affairs in 1993. During his college days, he was an active student leader involved in various student undertakings. In 1991, he was elected as Councilor of the PSBA Student Council and voted as Most Outstanding Member of the Junior Marketing Practitioners in 1996 and later became Administrator of PSBA's Non-Academic Organizations. He led numerous youth conferences including the National Rizal Youth Congress in 1997, Young Men Christian Association Congress, National Tertiary Student Summit in 1996, Global Youth Earth Saving Summit, and National Youth Environment Congress in 1993. vIn 1992, he was Chairman of Taytay Youth Movement for Honest Elections, the citizens arm of the Department of Interior and Local Government in the first Sangguniang Kabataan elections. A two-term President of the Global Reformants Eliminating Environment Negligence (GREEN Club), he was elected party president of the Kabataan Para sa Mag-aaral for four consecutive years. He is currently the President of the Aksyon ng Kabataan Para sa Bayan or AKBAY ni ERAP at EDONG '98.
