Jimmy T. Yaokasin, Jr. Mr. Jimmy T. Yaokasin, Jr. is a native of Tacloban City. A Certified Public Accountant, he graduated magna cum laude at the University of the Philippines College in Tacloban in 1989 with a degree in BBA Accountancy. He was National Senior Executive Vice-President of the Philippine Jaycees in 1999. In 1998 he was the National Executive Vice-President for the Visayas and was awarded as the Most Outstanding NEVP. He also served as President of the Candahug liberation Jaycees in 1994 and National Vice-President for the Eastern Visayas in 1996. As a student leader, he was awarded Most Outstanding Student of UP in the Visayas in 1989. He was Vice-Chairman of the UP Tacloban Student Council in 1986 and Managing Editor of the UP Tacloban's first yearbook. From 1990 to 1995, he was a faculty member of the UP Tacloban. A Paul Harris Fellow, Commissioner Yaokasin was a member of the Rotary Club of San Juanico. He was Founding President of the Junior Drug Watch Tacloban in 1990. From 1998 to present, Commissioner Yaokasin is the President of the UP Alumni Association in Tacloban and Chairman of the UP Tacloban Oblation Committee which raised funds to construct the oblation in UP Tacloban. He served as Conference Director of the Visayas Youth Summer Conference and Zone Leader of the Gideons International from 1990 to present.
