PAOLO BENIGNO A. AQUINO IV
Bam was initiated into Philippine politics when he was six years old. He was one of the youngest speakers during the EDSA Revolution, which was sparked by the assassination of his uncle, Sen. Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino Jr.



RICHARD ALVIN M. NALUPTA
An active youth leader, Richie is concurrently the President of the Sangguniang Kabataan Alumni Association (SKAA). He enjoyed the confidence of youth leaders nationwide as President of the Sangguniang Kabataan National Federation from 1996 to 2002 while serving as the only two-term president of the Ilocos Norte SK Provincial Federation.




MARC-FABIAN B. CASTRODES
Aside from being a Commissioner of the NYC, Marc is a lawyer who also serves as the youngest member of the Board of Directors of the Videogram Regulatory Board and as a technical assistant in the Office of the President.








ARES C. GOYENA
One of the true insiders in the arena of youth participation and promotion, Ares was part of the 1987 Konsultahang Kabataan-a conference which had hundreds of youth leaders attending and recommending from among others, the abolition of the Kabataang Barangay and the establishment of the Sangguniang Kabataan and the National Youth Commission.






ARACELI S. AVES
A lady of action, Cel is definitely not a stranger when it comes to serving the youth sector.
She has championed various youth causes and continues to work tirelessly on various inter-agency programs and projects which involves the government, non-government organizations, private sector and socio-civic organizations long before she was appointed commissioner.





CHRISTOPHER LAWRENCE S. ARNUCO JR.
Having been appointed at the age of 21, Chris is the youngest appointed commissioner at the NYC. Before buckling down to work at the NYC, he was the Assistant Presidential Liaison Officer for Western Mindanao and then the Chief Executive Assistant for the Zamboanga City Special Economic Zone and Freeport Authority.



ARIEL JOSEPH M. ARCILLAS

Ariel was elected National SK President from among the federation presidents of provinces, cities and municipalities of the country, at the age of 17, making him the youngest official of the NYC as its Ex-officio Commissioner.









RAUL DOMINIC I. BADILLA

On March 17, 2003, Dino Badilla was appointed as Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer of the National Youth Commission under the Office of the President. Dino ha an impressive service record as a Christian youth leader, community builder, leadership trainer and international speaker.
