MARC-FABIAN B. CASTRODES

Aside from being a Commissioner of the NYC, Marc is a lawyer who also serves as the youngest member of the Board of Directors of the Videogram Regulatory Board and as a technical assistant in the Office of the President.

Full of initiative, he is a convener of various organizations, such as the Samahang Itinatag ng mga Kabataang-Lingkod na Aangat sa Bayan (SIKLAB), a national youth-led moral recovery movement. Marc is also a professional leadership and public speaking consultant and trainer.

An awardee of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines, Marc excelled in academics, sports and socio-civic activities while still in school. He graduated from the Mindanao State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and a Bachelor of Laws from the Ateneo De Davao Law School.
