is NYC pro government?

Well NYC is under teh Office of the President of the Philippines so it is definitely pro-government but understand in this forum we have freedom of expression. Come to think of it we should support the main purpose for which government stands.

siguro saken lang is ung i am pro-participatory development

Well kasi ang government is just an institution which is in its nature good because it's purpose is for the betterment and development of society.. what makes it bad sometimes is the people running the government.
