hey, this is weird. i accessed this webpage so that i can download a registration form via the internet. yun kasi yun sabi sa isang form na nakuha ko, that its just here. then i can't find it. wala lang, sana lang hindi ako umasa. :? malapit lang naman yung office ng NYC so no problem naman...

The registration form is in the Register Your Organization button in the lower right side of the homepage. Simply click it to see the requirements and download the webpage.



We had to fix this page last week. I just tested it as I am typing this, and it's working. I don't know why you couldn't access it when you opened the site.

hi there, i really cant find the "Register your organization" button...im trying to liik for the registration form to download it. plus everytime i access the website it always has errors... i also clicked on the registration form under the resources tab and it came up with nothing.
