Where do we submit accomplished TAYO forms?!

Where do we submit accomplished TAYO forms?! And what about the ages of the members? Would it be ok if we have 2 members who are currently 14 years old? (age bracket indicates that group must have members from 15-30 years old only)

Please submit your accomplished TAYO entry forms, YORP form (if your org isn't registered with us yet) and all other needed documents to:

And yeah, it's ok if you've got members who are slightly younger (or even older) than the 15-30 age bracket, just as long as they comprise the majority.

Please download the form at youth.net.ph. if you download the TAYO magazine, it's also included in the end.



Some areas have received their forms. If you give us your location, maybe we can tell you where you can get forms in that area. All our Area OFfices (Baguio, Naga, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro and Zamboanga) have copies also. You can find their addresses at the site.



You can also register in this forum and send us your e-mail address so we can send it to you.

I'm from iloilo! Where can i get the forms???

We have already sent out letters to all the heads of state universities and colleges. You may inquire with your university president's office if they have received their forms.



You may also download the form in jpeg format at our website, youth.net.ph.

There is no validity period for membership. You can even submit your registration and TAYO entry documents simultaneously if your organization is not registered yet. All registered organizations are qualified to join, regardless of when you were registered.



Letters of recommendation can be addressed to NYC Chair Paolo Benigno A. Aquino IV.

are we qualified for the search if our project is an income generating project wherein our capital is funded thru loan by alay lakad fund under LGU?

how about if the benefiiceries of this IGP is the community or for community projects like cleanliness and beautification, giving them at lower price etc. because our project is hollow blocks making.

We do accept income-generating projects, but you may have to state the beneficiaries of the said project in your profile for it to gain the notice of the judges.



We also have a rule about projects being financed partly by government (including local government units). It must be only 5% of the total expenses incurred for the implementation of the project. All the details for the program can be seen in the entry form, which may be downloaded at the NYC website (youth.net.ph) or the TAYO awards website (www.tayoawards.org).



All entries should be sent to the TAYO Secretariat at NYC. Our address is 4/F Bookman Building, #373 Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.

hi, our organization is interested to join. Actualy last year pa po naming gustong sumali kaso lang po e hindi po kami umabot sa 1st dead line hindi namin alam na naextend pala. This year sana po makasama na kami. Paano po magreregister sa YORP isa pa po kasi yun sa mga naging problem namin last year.

[b]Please download the form in the website. Actually you can send your registration documents along with your TAYO entry documents, e. You'll need certifications from your school or community, a list of members and officers and the by-laws of your organization. Please submit your documents several days before the deadline, just in case you need to submit other requirements for the registration.

Any update regarding TAYO 3 and the winners?

Follow up ko lang po uli update tungko sa 3rd Tayo Search kasi po may May 2005 na po and ask ko kung may resylts na? Thanks a lot!

We already have the top 20 organizations who will be going to the national finals, but we would like the commission to be the first to know the results.

Maybe we can release it this week.

Elow zhy! Nice seeing you here. Gaya mo wala pa rin akong alam tungkol sa results ng 3rd TAYO Search. Siguro medyo nahirapan mga judges sa pagpili ngayon pero narinig ko dati na nakapili na sila ng Top 20. Sinu-sino kaya yun? Papaano nga pala pipiliin yung Top 10 after that?

Hi, welcome to NYC Forums!

Right now, we are in the planning stage for the 4th TAYO. We will soon email you of details on next year's search.

Meantime, you can register your organization to the Youth Organizations Registration Program (YORP). This is an important requirement for TAYO. You can download application forms from our homepage.

By the way, we will be in Davao on August 10 to 15 for the Mindanao NATIN Convergence at the Royal Mandaya Hotel.

if our org was already registered to YORP, do we still need to renew it?

I think once registered there is no need to renew it. Our organization had been registered since 2003. BROOD will submit an entry once more for the 4th TAYO Search.

Hi, the 2006 TAYO Search was officially launched on October 3, 2005. We are currently accepting entries for next year's awards. Downloadable forms will be available soon in pdf format. You can personnally pick up also in the NYC central office in Quezon City and area offices in cebu, baguio, naga, cagayan de oro, and zamboanga along with the TAYO magazine.

As an important breakthrough, Coca-cola Foundation, Inc. is now an official co-presentor of TAYO 2006. Entry forms will soon be available in all Coca-cola plants nationwide.

Deadline of submission of entries is on February 14, 20006. Please email the tayo secretariat at [email protected] or [email protected] or [email protected] for more details. You can also contact us thru 781-1163, 781-1613, 781-2323 and look for Lea dela Cruz.
