Please mail your requirements to the TAYO Secretariat, 4/F Bookman Building #373 Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.
We will not be accepting submissions online, except if it's an advance submission for your mailed documents. The deadline is on February 15, 2005, so all documents sent should be postmarked before or on that date.
