Hi!
my organization would like to join thetayo search. part of the requirements is the registration to yorp. i have registered as an individual.is there a separate registration form for the org? Where do i get the yorp resolution number? and what exactly do we pass regarding this registration to yorp. there is no downloadable form whatsoever or please do inform me if i am mistaken. many thanks! chin=) |

Please check the resources page of the website (youth.net.ph) for the downloadable Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP) form.
The requirements are: Name of Organization Contact Person and details (telephone, fax and cellphone numbers, e-mail address) Vision and Mission Statements Constitution and By-Laws SEC Registration (if any) Complete List of Officers Ages of the members You can submit your requirements along with your TAYO documents. Please make sure that these documents are complete, as entries with incomplete requirements will not be eligible for the search. Deadline of submission of entries is on 28 February 2005. |
