One of the requirements for the program is that the organization should be a registered youth organization with the NYC. The Youth Organization Registration program (YORP) is our youth org registry.
Please send us your e-mail address or fax number so we can send you the form. You can accomplish the form and send it along with your TAYO requirements, they have very similar requirements. For the YORP, though, you would need your org's Vision and Mission statements, a list of officers and the ages of the members, your org's by-laws and a letter attesting the existence of your org in your school or community. You may leave the block blank, or indicate that you have sent your requirements along with the TAYO application.
Hope that answers your question. For other people who have already filed their YORP applications, or are already registered but can't seem to recall their number, or have not yet received their certificates of registration, please indicate that you have already filed your registration. We can check your organization in our database to make sure that you are listed. We will contact you in case of error. Thanks and good luck to everybody who are planning to submit entries to TAYO. |

I'm sorry for the late reply, but we do have weekends, and I was having problems with my computer at home.
Sana you could've posted your e-maill address na lang, like the other people. I could send it to you right away. We are having server problems lately, and we haven't had the chance to finally fix it, so almost all of the downloadable content is touch and go at present. You may send us your YORP requirements after the TAYO deadline, provided you were able to submit your TAYO requirements on the day of the deadline (postmarked or sent by courier by today).
