sorry, bago lang po dito..ngayon lang po to nabasa..

talaga po bang limited lang po sa mga honors ng graduation tong program na to?

at saka ask lang po kung pano po maging full-pledged member ng NYC?kasi po interested po ako eh..thanks!

This program will not be implemented this year and we're not sure yet if we can have it next year due to inavailablility of budget.
