sir/ma'am,
we wish to inquire on tayo3. we are from prrya-camarines norte chapter and we would like to apply on tayo3. can prrya-cam.norte can apply the same enrty of prrya-albay that won last tayo 2 about the child labor scholarship. albay and cam. norte has the same in initiatives on that matter but the difference is that we conducted a video documentation on child labor for the purpose of possible funding grants from different institutions. tnx! |

You may apply for TAYO using the project entered by last year's finalist, since you belong to a different chapter/location of the organization. However, I would suggest that you enter another program, since you basically have replicated the said program but added the video documentation. If you do have other noteworthy programs, I would suggest that you use those, since the entry you are thinking of will have a low rating in terms of innovation.
