ask ko lang po if pwede kaming magrequest ng new certificate of registration sa yorp? Nawala po kasi sa locker yung certificates namin.

You can visit our office to talk directly with Ms. Lea Dela Cruz, who's in charge of YORP. If you can give us some details also (when you submitted your application or if you still remember your YORP number) we can look for it immediately.

We can only give you the certified true copy, though, since it will take some time to have all of the commissioners sign a new one.
