The registration form for YORP and the entry form for TAYO may be downloaded from this website and from www.tayoawards.org. Joining TAYO is relatively easy, the first step is you have to register with us under the Youth Organization Registration Program by submitting the following: • Name of Youth Organization • Vision and Mission Statement of the Organization • Name of Incumbent officers and their position and the age of the members • Contact Person (if possible, the President of the Organization) • Complete Address • Telephone, Fax and Cellphone Number • Accomplished Registration Form • Constitution and By-laws • Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Registration (if any) • Letter of Recommendation for School/ Barangay/ Institution Note: The applicant youth or youth-serving organization must be in existence for at least 6 months at the time of its application. If your org is registered with us under YORP already, just submit the TAYO Entry Form together with the requirements. Remember, joining is absolutely FREE! Georg |

:( Sayang! We can't join the TAYO this time. Di kasi papasa yung isang project that were considering to submit. More than 5% kasi andg support ng LGU. The other project naman ay kasisimula lang ng major stretch nito so parang di aabot sa deadline. Kailan ba ulit yung deadline? Feb 15? Goodluck nalang sa mga magquaqualify!
