NEW TOBACCO LAW WILL REDUCE YOUTH SMOKING – NYC

The passage of the landmark Tobacco Control Act of 2003 will greatly reduce the incidence of youth smoking in the country and reduce the exposure of minors to the harmful effects of tobacco smoke, the National Youth Commission said today.
