The heads of all youth agencies of the ASEAN will be converging in Manila to hold the 4th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Youth (AMMY IV). Paolo Benigno Aquino IV, the Chairperson of the National Youth Commission will welcome the Youth Ministers, Senior Officers and technical staff from the countries of Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and Singapore.

AMMY IV will be held at the Mandarin Oriental Manila, Makati City from August 31 to September 4, 2003.
