Introducing DULAC MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING CENTER (A Bicolano term for "art of fierce and extreme fighting or what we call today-MARTIAL ARTS)… A local technical, vocational, philosophical, scientific and artistic method of discipline and martial arts founded by Kataas-taasang Punong Guro ANTONIO “TONY” VASQUEZ, III in 1989.
DULAC MARTIAL ARTS is a simpler form of mixed martial arts and combines with practical situational forms of self-defense enhanced with CARDIO WORKOUT EXERCISES that will help you improve your muscle strength, stamina, concentration, and balance.
DULAC MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING CENTER is licensed by the Department of Trade and Industry to operate as Martial Arts Training Center with an address at 3/F Daza Hall, Galas Mini-Park, Unang Hakbang Street, San Isidro, Galas, Quezon City. We Conduct classes every Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

DULAC MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING CENTER caters for all Foreign Visitors itinerary and can arrange and design a training program as well as schedule to suit each individual or group visiting Manila.
All Tourists visiting Manila and Quezon City, who would like to participate and discover the unique approach of DULAC MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING CENTER, are welcome to attend our group classes and avail themselves to a two- (2) hour complimentary training every Sundays from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Specialized training for Foreign Visitors to the Philippines. Intensive training catered for all ages and level ensuring a thorough and precise teaching of the various aspects of DULAC MARTIAL ARTS. Each session consists of instruction by the Founder of DULAC Martial Arts ANTONIO R. VASQUEZ, III, assisted by one of his QUALIFIED INSTRUCTIONAL STAFF. The duration of each session is two- (2) hours.
The contract rate for Foreign Visitors to Manila and Quezon City is based on Six Hundred Pesos (P600.00) per participants per session. Group of 2 to 3 is One Thousand Two hundred Pesos (P1, 200.00) and Group of 5++ is One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P1, 500.00).
We conduct group classes in our central gym located at STANLEY DEFENSE STUDIO (2/F of PNB-Araneta Avenue Branch) 128 G. Araneta Avenue, Dona Imelda, Quezon City.

We also conduct two-hour FREE training workshop every Sundays from 4 PM - 6 PM at the Rajah Lapu-Lapu Shrine, Luneta Park, Ermita, Manila, from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. at Plaza Arsenio Lacson, Avenida Rizal, Sta. Cruz, Manila and from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Plaza Rajah Sulayman, Malate, Manila.
We are presently on the series of promotion in conducting a two-hour FREE Training Workshop on OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND PERSONAL PROTECTION PROGRAM to interested private companies and government agencies nationwide from June 2003 to July 2005.
Our mission is to provide affordable quality Filipino Martial Arts Education to a broad based clientele through innovative and relevant programs and services by highly competent and committed human resources to improved the quality of life of its Instructors and members, to contribute to the propagation, revival, preservation, enrichment and promotion of indigenous and original Filipino Martial Arts, as part of Philippines historical and cultural heritage.
Our Founder envisioned that “The DULAC MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING CENTER – A MODEL PHILIPPINE INDIGENOUS SCHOOL OF MARTIAL ARTS of choice for a progressive, dynamic, sports and culture-tourism oriented Philippines – acclaimed for its contribution to the South East Asian Games, Asian Games, Olympic Games, World Martial Arts Hall of Fame, other international sports scenes and for hosting the first Philippine International Invitational Dulac /Multiple Mixed Martial Arts and Arnis Tournament”.
DULAC MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING CENTER enhanced with CARDIO WORKOUT EXERCISES in every course is offering customized classes, such as:
· Five (5) Hour DULAC MARTIAL ARTS Situational Practical Self-Defense Course (A Pre-requisite to all courses)
· Special Arnis Training Cross-trained in DULAC MARTIAL ARTS to all Barangay Officials and Tanods nationwide.
· Sportive DULAC MARTIAL ARTS Training for all Elementary, Secondary and College students nationwide competing to other allied discipline & Phil. Olympic Committee sanctioned games or tournaments.
· Combative DULAC MARTIAL ARTS Training for all players competing to URCC, FEARLESS, UFC and other Games and Amusement Board sanctioned tournaments.
· Pre-Arranged DULAC MARTIAL ARTS Practical Self-Defense Training Program for Non-Filipinos (Foreigner).
· Special DULAC MARTIAL ARTS training for the members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (Regulars & Reservists), Philippine National Police, National Bureau of Investigation and other Law Enforcement agencies.
· DULAC MARTIAL ARTS Situational Practical Self-Defense Training for the Kids and Women.
· Choreograph or Cinematic DULAC MARTIAL ARTS Training for members of Performing Artists
Since 1998, when the Indigenous Games and Sports Savers Associations of the Philippines (IGSSAP) was duly organized in cooperation with National Parks Development Corporation, Department of Tourism and the Office of the Deputy General Manager for Infrastructure of the Philippine Tourism Authority. DULAC Martial Arts played the pivotal role in helping to shape the lives of Filipino youth by teaching not only to become master of Arnis and Dulac, but also of being in harmony and united with GOD, with oneself and to further bring that harmony and unity with other people and to the world.
Members of the nation’s Police, Barangay Tanods and Sangguniang Kabataan shall pay an amount of Fifty Pesos per session for the period of thirty (30) sessions or with the total amount of One Thousand and Five Hundred Pesos (P1500.00). After the training program, a Certificate of Completion will be issued to each participant.

Every members of Dulac Martial Arts Training Center bears in mind the following Biblical Passage: " Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves" (Matthew 10 : 16). This means that DULAC MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING CENTER is a martial arts with a heart, intended to control and help rehabilitate an opposing force to become useful, peace-loving member of the community.
