Priscilla Marie Abante or Cess as she is fondly called, is the eldest daughter of Rep. Benny Abante Jr. and Marie Paz Toledo-Abante. She is a Journalism graduate and a senior law student of the University of Sto. Tomas. She became an intern of the Ongkiko Kalaw Manhit and Accorda Law Offices and the Regional Trial Court, Makati Branch 145 in 2003 and 2004, respectively. Before joining the National Youth Commission, she was the chief of staff of Rep. Benny Abante Jr. of the 6 th district of Manila; Chairman of the LAKAS Youth Manila and President of the Support Abante's Vision and Efforts for the Youth.

In the National Youth Commission, she is the chairman of International Programs; Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program 2006 and Youth Entrepreneurship Program.

As a Commissioner of NYC, her objective is to be able to instill passion, drive and love for country to our nation's youth.
