Instructions to interested bidders:

"  All interested bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening of bids;

"  Interested bidders shall put their bid proposal in sealed envelope and submit on or before 26 September 2005 at the above cited address before 2:00 pm ;

"  Winning bidders shall post a bid bond in the form of cash equivalent to one percent (1%) of the appraised value, shall be considered as partial payment and the offered bid price shall be paid in the form of cash, cashier's check or manager's check of a reputable bank. Full payment shall be made within five (5) working days from the date of the notice of award

The auction conference/opening of bids shall be conducted on 26 September 2005 at NYC office located at 4 th flr. Bookman Bldg., # 373 Quezon Avenue, Quezon City at 2:00 p.m.
