The National Youth Commission is currently formulating the Medium Term Youth Development Plan (MTYDP) 2005-2010, which will serve as the master plan and national framework for all youth development efforts.
Experts from the academe are helping out the NYC in crafting the Plan, which will be based on a study of the Situation of Youth in the Philippines. The Youth Situationer will be made through a series of consultations in regions throughout the country.
