Background
In conjunction with the 42nd National Youth Day of Malaysia, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Malaysia, in collaboration with the Malaysia Youth Hotel Association and SSYEAP International Malaysia, is organizing the Malaysian International Youth Programme with the theme “Crime Free Generation-Focusing on Street Crime”.
The programme is organized to foster the development of values and attitudes such as responsibility and to enhance teaching and learning of other value-related studies such as life education, effective education and environmental education. The main objective of the program is to gather youth leaders to meet, discuss and ascertain solutions to any forms of crime as well as to allow them to identify real issues on the ground. The programme will be an excellent platform in allowing the voices of youth against crime to be heard and to be given the due recognition by the international and regional organizations as well as national authorities.
The six-day programme will be divided into two sessions based on the topics- global crime among the young generation and managing street criminal. The guest speakers will be international experts with vast experience in the field of crime from Malaysia.
