EAST ASIA YOUTH LEADERSHIP FORUM

The event aims to promote awareness and mutual understanding as well as developing a network among the youths of ASEAN, China , Japan and Korea .

A cultural presentation to be performed by the participants will be conducted during the East Asia Cultural Fair on Nov. 30, 2007.

Participants will shoulder the international travel expenses to Bangkok while accommodation, meals and local transportation will be provided by the organizer.

The National Youth Commission will be nominating ten (10) youth delegates.

Criteria for participation:

"  Must be between 18 to 22 years old

"  Must be an official or an active member of any youth organization or a youth-serving organization

"  Must be an active NYC volunteer. Volunteer service must not be less than forty (40) hours in total.
