NYC Chair heads ministerial meeting

Chairman Paolo Benigno A. Aquino IV of the National Youth Commission led the ministers for youth of the ASEAN and China in a week-long meeting to express their intention to join hands and ensure youth development in Asia.

Their product was the Beijing Declaration, which contains the details on ASEAN-Chinese cooperation for youth development.
