The Communication Foundation for Asia (CFA) is inviting the public to relive peaceful coexistence with birds in a forum entitled “Discover the Joys of Birdwatching” on Feb. 29, 2008, 1:00-5:00 in the afternoon at the CFA Auditorium, 4427 Old Sta. Mesa, Manila.

The event is aimed at educating the public about the rich and highly-diverse Philippine birdlife, a fact not known to many Filipinos. It is also intended to promote a better appreciation and understanding of the roles of birds in the web of life. It will also discuss some of the challenges that we face in the struggle to preserve the birds and their songs.
