3rd Asian Youth Training Program 2009

Background:

            The Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs of the Republic of Korea is hosting the 3rd Asian Youth Training Program for 2009, organized by the National Youth Center of Korea.

Venue and Date:

            The event will take place in South Korea from November 17 to December 9, 2009.

Participants’ Eligibility:

• Filipino citizen
• Between 18 to 30 years old
• Youth worker
• Proficient in English language
• Of good moral character
• Physically and mentally fit to travel
• Former recipients of NYC funded international programs from November 17, 2008 to November 17, 2009 are disqualified to apply.
• Must have a passport valid until at least six (6) months after the date of the departure for the program

Applicants without any passport details shall not be considered.

Expenses:

Accommodation and food expenses will be paid by the Ministry for Health, Welfare and family Affairs; however, travel expenses such as the round-trip air fare and other personal expenses shall be borne by the participants.
